The classes cater for all fitness levels and our professional instructors are able to assist even the most inexperienced clients to help them achieve their fitness goals and gain the confidence to fly through the routines, helping reach those fitness goals whilst having fun!
What's that Class?

HIIT & BODY CONDITIONING
This is a high energising HIIT & Body Conditioning class to kickstart your week. We get you working hard with your own body weight - ideal for fat burning & toning up!

FAB ABS
Hardcore abs session - feel the burn with this fast passed 15 minute class

TABATA CV & STRENGTH
Incorporating small weights into a Tabata style work out! Working on endurance with a CV element Short 20 second blasts of workout time coupled with a 10 second recovery x 8. This gives you the chance to work to your full potential and then recover, getting the most from your workout

SPINNING
Indoor Cycle Class to music which will give you a fantastic CV and leg workout - toning all those problem areas and increasing your cardiovascular fitness

LBT - LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
This class focuses on the lower body with strength and CV exercises to burn fat and tone all the lower body problem areas in this 45 minute session!

FIT HIT
FIT HIT will be a small group fitness class which will be a mixture of body weight CV exercises and also small hand weights

GREAT GLUTES
20 minute intense lower body and glute burning session, helping build the booty & strengthen the area

MORNING HIIT
Functional training, fat burning and varied toning, with original exercises adapted to different levels

SUNRISE HIIT
What's the best way to get up in the morning? EXERCISE! This early morning 30 min pure body weight HIIT will leave you feeling energised for the rest of the day with a smile on your face! Each of the exercises will target different areas of the body, working on your cardiovascular system, endurance and strength. It will consist of short bursts of high intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest

BOXFIT & HATTON BOXING
Join us in our BOXFIT class - a full body workout, this class involves upper body conditioning, which tones and strengthens the core, as well as cardio training, which improves stamina and heart functionality. A sure fire way to achieve a lean, toned body. You'll also improve agility, stamina and co-ordination, all while burning hundreds of calories! Each session is fun and energetic and is a great way to relieve stress too - you can work out your frustrations and release feel-good endorphins at the same time

BODY WEIGHT LADDER
30 second exercises followed by 30 seconds rest, workout time increasing by 30 seconds each time until a full 3 minutes of work is followed by a 30 second rest The process is then reversed, going back up the ladder starting at just one 30 second exercise! High intensity HIIT style workout burning calories and building endurance

STRETCH & FLEX
A great class to end on, helping you stretch away the stresses of the week and help to soothe those aching muscles after the weeks workouts. Perfect for all ages and abilities, helping relax the body and mind!

FIT MOMMA, HAPPY BABY
New Mum? Struggling to find the time to work out with the baby? Why not work out together at TGS? This low intensity full body workout will give you a much needed boost to get yourself slowly back into training or even start your fitness journey

X-TRAIN
X-Train is about finding your fitness limits and pushing them to the max! A 45 minute hybrid class that blends weights, kettleballs, cardio and body weight movements designed to make you stronger and fitter The class will vary week by week and will encompass workouts for both pairs and individuals, with basic movements but high intensity training!

ARROWOLF YOGA
The focus of Indiv Yoga™️ is to provide the benefits of yoga to every type of individual, using its teachings to achieve physical and mental balance, and diminish the anxieties of modern life
