Dedicated friendly Personal trainers are available at all clubs to help and assist you in reaching targets and goals! Whether this is a regular session or ad hoc to give you a boost.

FITNESS CLASSES
Once TGS Mansfield has grown we will be hosting a. Full class time table but until then we do offer small group training with a PT - micro PT 4 members max for an additional charge
COVID-19 CLEANING
TGS is no messy gym, members put away all weights and clean down all machines to ensure you have a pleasant training experience
